Today RA National Security Service was given a command to be more alert toward the protection of social order - Helsinki Citizens' Assembly Vanadzor Office.

The Helsinki Citizens Assembly Vanadzor Office has issued a statement to the RA National Security Service and the RA Police on the command:

According to reliable sources of the Helsinki Citizens Assembly Vanadzor Office, today, on 1 March 2012, the RA National Security Service and the RA Police were given a command to be more alert toward the protection of social order and rules "by taking into account the mixed up situation".

By this, the Organization publicly addresses the RA National Security Service and the RA Police with the request to provide clarifications regarding the following:

1. What is the description of or the condition for the "mixed up situation"?
2. Who gave the command in relation to that and what was its nature?
3. If there is no such command, what is the reason for the outflow of such information, which also corroborates the activities of the police officers with a special schedule?
