14 year-old Armenian school girl starts talking about raping incident.

The 14 year-old Armenian school girl at the center of the sex molestation scandal in the village of Hartashen has finally started talking about the alleged incident to a police investigator and a psychologist.

Gagik, the girl’s uncle, told Hetq.am that his niece was unable to talk in the confines of the police station, so the interview was conducted at home.

The uncle added that Mayor Azat Ghukasyan, the alleged culprit, has been seen visiting the forensic specialist.
