Armenian President congratulates Hayastan All-Armenian Fund.

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan sent a congratulatory message to the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund on its 20th anniversary.

“Hayastan All-Armenian Fund was established 20 years ago parallel to the state’s establishment. The found unites the all-Armenian potential, realizing a unique mission by constructing and renovating roads, pipe-lines, water channels, hospitals, educational and cultural centers in Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh.

The anniversary symbolizes our joint achievements over 20 years directed to the Armenians’ well-being and the state’s progress,” the message reads.
