Lavrov discussed Karabakh issue with Aliyev

Within the frames of his two-day state visit to Baku, the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov met with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. As reports "Armenpress", this is informed by the Azerbaijani "APA" agency.

Speaking about the Russian-Azerbaijani relations and their development prospects, the parties also discussed the issue of the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. In particular, Lavrov and Aliyev discussed the recent meeting of the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan, the current phase of the conflict issue, as well as the OSCE Minsk Group's activities dealing with the issue.
