"Armenia" International Airports denies Armavia’s claims.

"Armenia" International Airports has issued a statement dismissing the reports that it has imposed high prices on Armavia.
It comes after the national air carrier said earlier today that it is declaring an open end strike, demanding lower service costs.
"Armenia" International Airports, which serves Armavia's flights, said in its statement that the company has been banned from operating flights to Russia and crossing the country’s air border because of having debts.
Armavia suspended its flights at 6:45 local time, explaining to passengers that the high facility charges and aircraft maintenance costs prevent them from serving the scheduled flights.
“As a national air carrier, Armavia, unlike other air companies, benefits from our company’s special tariffs.
What’s even more, a telegram from the Russian company "Rosnavigatsia" suggests that Armavia has been denied flights to Russia and entry to the country’s air space because of having accumulated debts.
Evidently, the tariffs in Armenia but also in Russia are unaffordable for the company,” reads the statement.
