Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan again turns to book prices.

At the Armenian government’s meeting early on Wednesday, Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan asked Chairman of the State Commission for Protection of Economic Competition Artak Shaboyan to explain the reasons for the rise in prices for books.
“The rise resulted from economic entities misunderstanding the amendments to the elections law,” Shaboyan said.
The prices for books raised from January 1, 2012, will soon be brought down to the previous level, Shaboyan said. “If it does not happen, we call on consumers to apply to our commission,” he said.
