The whole world celebrates International Women`s Day on March 8. LURER.com tried to find out from Armenian stars what kind of memorable gifts they received during previous years and how they are going to mark March 8 this year.
Singer Nune Yesayan did not remember what was her most favorite present, but mentioned, "I myself prepared a lot of presents for my relatives. I don`t get very happy from receiving presents than from giving them to others."
Empyray group`s musician Gisane Palyan said that her greatest gift was the birth of her children. What about the presents she said that she liked both to receive and give March 8 presents, mainly flowers, planted in soil.
"I try to give special gifts. For me attention is very important," she said adding that her most favorite gifts are her children`s made cards.
"I am fond of receiving hand-made cards from my children. For me is very important the work and effort they spent on preparing the cards," she said.
Congratulating women on the international day, Gisane Palyan added, "I would like each day to be women`s day, for the men to be always attentive, to love and give presents to women, and not only one day or a month. I wish our women happiness, a lot of children and let them always love and be healthy."
Singer Nadejda Sargsyan, congratulating women, wished them 'good and happy year, a lot of presents' and added that she had not prepared any presents this year.
Singer Sofi Mkheyan, not remembering her best present, said that she has prepared her special gift to all mothers this year.
"Now it is difficult for me to remember what I got, but I have never been out of attention. I did my best to make interesting presents, to leave good memories to my surrounding people. This year, just on March 8 a new clip will be broadcast about the dearest people in our lives - our Mothers," she said.
