Romney wins Wyoming Republican caucus.

Mitt Romney walked away as the winner following a week-long caucus in Wyoming, as well as three caucuses in U.S. island territories. The former Massachusetts governor picked up seven of Wyoming’s 12 delegates after picking up 44 percent of vote in the lightly attended caucuses. Rick Santorum finished second with 27.5 percent, garnering three delegates, The Iowa Republican reports.
Ron Paul gained one and another delegate remains uncommitted. Support of “Other” actually bettered Ron Paul’s vote total by 46 votes. Only 1310 people participated in the Wyoming caucuses.
Romney was also successful in the U.S. island territories of Guam, North Mariana and the Virgin Islands. He acquired 25 of their 27 delegates. Romney continues to hold a commanding lead in the overall delegate count.
