The political board of the Armenian National Congress (ANC) failed to reach a consensus over the proportional representation list, Social Democrat Hunchakian Party leader Lyudmila Sargsyan told a news conference in Yerevan. She noted that therefore ANC laid the responsibility for making up the election list on ANC leader Levon Ter-Petrosyan.

Lyudmila Sargsyan does not rule out some members being discontented with the ANC list made up by Ter-Petrosyan.
