According to LURER.com information, in Yerevan`s N. 12 precinct including Erebuni and Shengavit districts, with majority electoral system will be nominated "Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun" daily`s reporter Gohar Veziryan.

We tried to clarify the information from her. Gohar Veziryan confirmed the news of her nomination in N.12 precinct.

To remind, in this precinct Armenian Republican party will not support any candidate, while the PAP [Prosperous Armenia Party] will support Lyova Khachatryan, who recently became party member.

To note, we have informed earlier that for 9 years Lyova Khachatryan has presented the N.14 precinct [involving Aparan city] as an MP, but this year he decided to be nominated in Yerevan`s N.12 precinct. Also to note, that the MP has changed not only his electoral precinct, but also his political views: he has become a member of PAP. Khachatryan is a member of "Nig Aparan" patriotic union, and according to our information, he did not change his electoral precinct voluntarily, but under the force of "Nig Aparan", with which he has disagreements recently.
