Armenia’s vice-premier meets with Russia’s regional development minister.

Armenian Vice-Premier, Minister of Territorial Administration Armen Gevorgyan held a meeting in Moscow, Russia, with Russian Minister of Regional Development Victor Basarygin.

The sides discussed development of cooperation.

The sides particularly discussed the results of the meeting of the regional cooperation work group within the Russian-Armenian Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation. They made a high appraisal of the results and agreements reached at the meeting.

The sides stressed the importance of implementing the agreements on schedule and their willingness to act accordingly. They also pointed out the need for the work group’s more active work during the year.

The meeting also discussed the activities of the CIS Interregional and Transborder Cooperation Council.
