The National Assembly did not start its session due to the lack of a quorum. There are only 39 deputies registered in parliament.

Chairman of the National Assembly Samvel Nikoyan announced that the parliament would be guided by the NA Rules and Regulations-Law and would wait for three hours. If the deputies show up, the session will begin.

Several bills were supposed to be discussed during today's parliamentary session.
