Samvel Nikoyan is “not a fortune-teller”.

Chairman of the National Assembly Samvel Nikoyan believes the people will elect their deputies in the May 6 parliamentary elections. That is all he had to say and mentioned that he has never been a fortune-teller to make predictions.

Despite the disagreements and unpleasant conversations between the deputies, NA Chairman Samvel Nikoyan assures that that is all being solved quickly.

"The deputies shake hands during the break and continue their normal relations."

Nikoyan is certain that issues concerning the deputies should be solved in parliament, not on the streets.

Do deputies follow the rules of etiquette in parliament? In response, Samvel Nikoyan calls on assessing the Armenian parliament as it is.

"Do you see what goes on in the Ukrainian parliament? They throw tomatoes at each other and put glue on the deputies' seats. Do you know that the Chairman of the Ukrainian Rada goes to work in several suits?"

Samvel Nikoyan said the deputies sometimes don't follow the rules of etiquette so that the journalists following up on the parliamentary sessions don't get bored.
