How Raffi Hovannisyan appeared not to be aware of Nikol Pashinyan`s nomination? (Video)

Heritage party chairman Raffi Hovannisyan during March 23 press conference clarified that his nomination against Nikol Pashinyan in N.7 precinct was a result of not being aware. He clarified that every precinct should have one opposition representative, in order that   the chance of victory to be increased.

Hovannisyan added that the opposition should sit round a table and negotiate over this issue. According to him, if as a result of these negotiations it will be decided that in N. 7 precinct Nikol Pashinyan will be nominated, then Hovannisyan will self-withdraw himself. 

But anyhow, one question remains inexplicable: if Raffi Hovannisyan presented his documents to the Territorial Electoral Commission  half an hour later from Nikol Pashinyan, how could he not know who had been nominated in that electoral district? Hovannisyan explained this issue like this: when Hovsep Khurshudyan and Mamikon Sargsyan presented Hovannisyan`s documents, they just were not interested with the already made nominations. 

"If there is need to blame anyone, that comes from the fact that till now different opposition forces haven`t found format to normally contact with each other. This process will begin from today," said Raffi Hovannisyan.
