Hrant Bagratyan denies that he sent letter to media outlets.

RA former premier Hrant Bagratyan, who is now abroad, minutes ago informed LURER.com that he had not sent any letter to media outlets. Mr. Bagratyan said that he first heard about the publication of the letter from us.

To note, minutes ago to different official e-mail addresses of Armenian media outlets an open letter was sent on behalf of the RA former prime minister Hrant Bagratyan. For details look here.

P.S. Later Hrant Bagratyan wrote on his Facebook page: "I wrote the letter 4 in Hetq.am. I am shocked. There was no Letter 4. Hetq.am writes that the letter was sent from my e-mail address. To what people reached that they break the e-mail address and do such things! I accept this as the authorities` answer to my 3 letters. Where have you reached? Bad for you, Armenia...
