Heritage party leader meets Swedish Foreign Ministry officials.

The leader of the opposition Heritage party, Raffi Hovannisian, received on Thursday a delegation led by Bjorn Lyrvall, Director-General for Political Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Sweden.

According to a press release by the party, the delegation included Deputy Director Martin Hagström of the Ministry’s Department for Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Sweden’s Ambassador to Armenia Diana Jansen also attended the meeting.

The sides discussed key issues on Armenia’s domestic and foreign policy agendas and regional challenges. Upon the guests’ request, Hovannisian briefed them on the pre-election situation in Armenia.
