Gagik Tsarukyan does not distribute one million to party`s proportional candidates - PAP spokesman.

Today, according to the news spread in media, an agreement was made in the Prosperous Armenia Party. Due to this, Gagik Tsarukyan provides one million dollar to each proportional candidate of the PAP, but in one condition: in case of win, the sum is a gift, in case of failure, the money should be returned back.

LURER.com tried to clarify the information from the PAP spokesman Khachik Galstyan, who said that the news were absurd. 

"Maybe it refers to other parties, as there is no such a thing in the Prosperous Armenia Party," the spokesman added.
