Armenia’s 3 border checkpoints to be modernized - RA Government.

Armenia’s PM Tigran Sargsyan chaired a governmental consultation with reference to modernizing the country’s Bagratashen, Bavra, and Gogavan national border checkpoints.

Finance Minister Vardan Aramyan presented the work process toward the implementation of this project, the Government Press Service informed.

It was noted, in particular, that the European Investment Bank had approved the project’s 30.8-million euro investment loan. The project for modernizing the aforesaid checkpoints is estimated at €60 million.

The PM instructed the representatives from pertinent departments to organize the envisioned activities in accordance with the established schedule.
