Russian premier sends gratitude letter to Armenia’s PM.

Russian Prime Minister, President-elect Vladimir Putin sent a gratitude telegram to Armenian premier Tigran Sargsyan. According to government's press release, in the letter Putin thanked Armenian PM for the congratulatory message on his victory in the presidential elections.
"I am convinced that the multi-sided and mutually beneficial relations between Armenia and Russia, based on principles of strategic partnership, will continue developing dynamically for the sake of the two peoples and reinforcement of security and stability in the South Caucasus," the letter runs.
