15 local and one international organizations were registered in the CEC for monitoring Armenian parliamentary elections.

Local organizations, accredited in the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) for monitoring the parliamentary elections, will pass a special exam on Apr. 1-9.
If passing the exam successfully, they will receive a certificate valid for three years.
The All Armenian Youth Foundation (1159 observers), Club of Young Diplomats (1477) and Let us restore our village (1960) are among the 8 out of 15 NGOs to pass the exam. The other seven organizations already have the necessary certificate.
Also one more international organization - the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (39 observers) - was also registered in the CEC for monitoring the elections.
