In Kiel, Germany, former middleweight titleholder Arthur Abraham staggered Piotr Wilczewski in the elventh round and went on to win a unanimous decision by scores of 118-109 (twice) and 119-108. Wilczewski was penalized one point by the referee, but it would not matter as Abraham won easily. Now campaigning at super middleweight, Abraham has now won two straight since being eliminated from the Super Six tournament by Andre Ward. Abraham (34-3) is said to be eyeing the winner of the Robert Steiglitz-George Groves WBO championship fight to be held later this spring. Wilczewski, a former European champion at 168 pounds, falls to 30-3.
