The Republican party of Armenia is not officially congratulated.
Political
Today is the anniversary of Republican Party of Armenia, which was founded in 1990, this day. Earlier, during the talk with LURER.com, RPA spokesman, NA deputy chairman Edward Sharmazanov said that a small gathering would be held today on the occasion of the party's anniversary, during which it is not excluded a talk about the party's pre-election program.
However, it turns out that some of other political forces won't address official congratulatory message to the Republican party. During the talk with us the Armenian Revolutionary Federation's Supreme Body member Spartak Seyranyan was first interested, "Is the party planning any activity?", mentioning that he was not aware of it.
We also held a talk with the Rule of Law party's newly appointed spokesman Harutyun Amiryan, who said, "Of course, of course! We congratulate our coalition partner. If I am not mistaken the Republican party is already 22 years old, and, of course, we congratulate."
It turned like the RLP expressed their congratulation via us, as to the question, whether an official congratulatory message was to be sent to the RPA, the RLP spokesman said, "No, such a message is not prepared. We just congratulate our coalition partners and wish new successes."
The Prosperous Armenia Party spokesman Khachik Galstyan, listening to our question, asked to call later, and then did not answer the call constantly.
To note, the Board consisting of the commanders of the Independence Army brigades, on April 2 of 1990, declared the formation of the Republican Party of Armenia in Yerevan. Since the day of formation up to 1997, November, the RPA chairman was Ashot Navasardyan. After his death, the party was headed by Andranik Margaryan up to 2007, March. After the death of Margaryan the party has been headed by RA president Serzh Sargsyan up to nowadays.
