CEC decides broadcast time and procedures for political parties.

Armenia’s Central Election Commission (CEC) held on Monday an ad hoc meeting to confirm the schedule and procedures of giving air-time to the political forces running for election by proportional representation.
The political parties and alliances registered for the May 6 parliamentary polls will be given free, as well as paid airtime to advertise their election programs from the Public Television, and the Public Radio.
The televised broadcasts will run from 1:30 pm, and 20:40 am local time. The radio broadcasts will run from 1:30 pm and 21:40 pm.
The Public TV Channel envisages 60 minutes for free broadcasts. The paid campaign can last no more than 120 minutes.
