RA Police Chief Vladimir Gasparyan suggests journalists to create a broader sphere of cooperation.

RA Police Chief Vladimir Gasparyan today convened a working consultation to discuss issues related to the upcoming parliamentary elections in Armenia.

Gasparyan said he had received alarms about discrepancies in the voters' lists and other issues.
He addressed journalists and suggested creating a broader sphere of cooperation.

"As the chief of police, I tell you that we will be impartial and our views will be above the party and politics. Our functions will be to check voters' lists, ensure the security of the candidates, the polling stations and the headquarters."

The police chief informed that there were groups checking registration in all provinces.
