ANC, PAP, AARF-D and Heritage to form a joint headquarters for supervising the elections.

Armenian National Congress coordinator Levon Zurabyan, PAP representative Vardan Oskanyan, ARF-D representative Armen Rustamyan and Heritage party`s deputy chairman Ruben Hakobyan at Political Scientists Union signed agreement of forming a joint headquarters for supervising the elections.

The RPA representative Galust Sahakyan refused to sign the document. 

The ones who accepted the document declared that it is open for all political forces to take part in the National Assembly elections through majority electoral system.
