Armenia`s Communist Party ready to sign the document of forming a joint headquarters.

According to the information spread in Armenian media, today Armenian National Congress coordinator Levon Zurabyan, PAP representative Vardan Oskanyan, ARF-D representative Armen Rustamyan and Heritage party's deputy chairman Ruben Hakobyan at Political Scientists Union signed agreement of forming a joint headquarters for supervising the elections. The ones who accepted the document declared that it is open for all political forces to take part in the National Assembly elections through majority electoral system.

During the talk with LURER.com, Armenia`s First Secretary of Communist Party Ruben Tovmasyan said that they are definitely ready to sign under this agreement, but they have not received any invitation.

"I have not received any invitation. Of course, we are ready to join them. What shall I do? Neither I got an invitation from anyone  nor I was called there. What to do? To go there and say that I have come to sign the document? Maybe they don`t need us. I did not get an invitation, I heard from you that they signed such a document. When I look through this document that time I will decide," stated Ruben Tovmasyan.
