The Administrative Court of Armenia rejected on Wednesday the application filed by Khachatur Sukiasyan pro-opposition tycoon Khachatur Sukiasyan.
The ex-member of the Armenian Parliament urged the court to annul the decision of Territorial Election Commission #10 by which he could not be registered as a deputy candidate.
Khachatur Sukiasyan thinks that the Administrative Court made a biased decision and violated his electoral right. He is going to appeal to Strasbourg-based European Court of Human Rights.
