According to the information spread in Armenian media, yesterday Armenian National Congress coordinator Levon Zurabyan, PAP representative Vardan Oskanyan, ARF-D representative Armen Rustamyan and Heritage party's deputy chairman Ruben Hakobyan at Political Scientists Union signed agreement of forming a joint headquarters for supervising the elections. The ones who accepted the document declared that it is open for all political forces to take part in the National Assembly elections through majority electoral system. The Rule of Law party [RLP] did not attend the signing.
LURER.com held a talk with RLP deputy chairwoman Heghine Bisharyan who stated that they were informed about the document from the media and did not take part in these discussions.
"We are absolutely unaware of that statement. In general, the discussions are held like this that all the political forces are present and express their points of view and opinions. Now, if a group of political figures discuss something for them and sign, this is their issue," said Heghine Bisharyan.
To remind, during the talk with LURER.com, Armenia's First Secretary of Communist Party Ruben Tovmasyan said that they were definitely ready to sign under this agreement, but they were not also kept aware of it.
