44 Armenian senior officials take vacation ahead of the parliamentary elections.

The Government of Armenia Press Service publicized the list of those state officials who have taken a formal vacation, until May 6, to take part in the campaigning for the forthcoming National Assembly elections.

During the Government’s session on March 29, PM Tigran Sargsyan had informed that, pursuant to the working legislation, those persons who will be engaged in the upcoming pre-election processes—and who hold discretionary offices—must take a formal vacation, in order not use their official position and capacity in the pre-election processes.
