Leader of the People's Party Tigran Karapetyan, who is running for parlaiment at Constituency #17, says electoral fraud will not be recorded in the coming parliamentary vote as the elections have been rigged in advance.
"They have added 550 000 non-existent voters to the electoral rolls, making the number of eligible voters 2 400 000. In reality, the figures are fabricated. The exaggeration of the electorate's number is the simplest method of ballot box stuffing," he said.
Mr Karapetyan says he will not give bribe during the campaign and believes that people will not vote for corrupt candidates.
"The authorities know that they will suffer a 40-percent loss. People have to take bribes because of abject conditions and they were driven to that state by the authorities," said Karapetyan.
