Matthew Bryza hopes for breakthrough in NK negotiation.

“I think there will be breakthrough in NK negotiations when the two presidents (of Azerbaijan and Armenia) feel they can trust each one sufficiently,” 1news.az quotes former US co-chair of the OSCE Minsk group as saying.
Bryza said he is convinced that there is a workable and fair proposal on the table that co-chairs have worked on for many years.
“I hope this will be soon but that's up to the presidents of course and it's up to the society. The societies as well need to understand they have to live together," said Bryza.
