During the election campaign I will do everything to exclude fraud - ANC member Vladimir Karapetyan.

The Armenian National Congress (ANC) decided to name candidates in as many constituencies as possible in order to show its resolve, exclude election machinery and win the elections, ANC member Vladimir Karapetyan said on Monday when explaining his participation in the election race.

Vladimir Karapetyan is running for Parliament in constituency #2 where his contender is Samvel Farmanyan, Director of News and Analytical Reports of Public Television.

Note that Farmanyan and Karapetyan have 37 and 4 electoral offices respectively.

During today's press conference, the ANC candidate invited his contender to debate. 

Samvel Farmanyan is allegedly backed by President of the Football Federation of Armenia Ruben Hayrapetyan who has been nominated in constituency #1. Vladimir Karapetyan says he is not concerned about it at all.

"I think that Ruben Hayrapetyan himself needs support," he said.
