Armenian parliament session was not convened.

Armenian National Assembly’s (NA) session on Tuesday was not held, since quorum was not obtained at the parliament.
The necessary number of MPs for a quorum was not registered at noon, NA Press Service informs.
Pursuant to the NA Rules of Procedure, the deputies’ registration continued for three hours, during which quorum was not obtained yet again.
And NA Deputy Speaker Eduard Sharmazanov announced that the session was not convened.
