According to the news circulating in Armenian media, 168 Zham daily`s chief editor Satik Seyranyan`s husband - former community head of Arabkir district Hovannes Shahinyan presented an application of withdrawing the RPA ranks. During the talk with LURER.com Satik Seyranyan confirmed this information, "My husband applied for withdrawing the party ranks."

In response to the question whether the decision of withdrawing the party was connected with the issue that in No.4 precinct [where Satik Seyranyan is running for parliament] the RPA backed Artak Sargsyan [Artak of SAS], Satik Seyranyan said, "My husband said that he would comment over his step after the elections."
