Hrant Bagratyan comments on RPA political platform.

The Armenian National Congress (HAK) is explaining the real situation facing the country instead of the authorities. This is what member of the HAK, ex-prime minister Hrant Bagratyan said as he assessed the HAK's election campaign.

According to him, the provisions stated in the program of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) are unrealistic, and evidence of that are the HHK's pledges to provide young families with homes and cars.

Hrant Bagratyan advised reading the provisions stated in the political platforms of the HHK and the HAK and compare which is more realistic. Bagratyan said he had seen ridiculous points in the HHK's political platform as well.

According to Bagratyan, the HAK talks about concrete programs and is able to hold rallies without closing schools and making people attend them, even in the case of hindrances created by the authorities.

"They're following us at every point," said Bagratyan.

Touching upon the assaults against HAK members in the Malatia-Sebastia district, Hrant Bagratyan viewed them as a manifestation of fear and the lack of something to say.
