New platform to be formed for state-private business cooperation - PM Tigran Sargsyan.

New accents should be put in Armenia’s economic policy, and this will be the creation of new platform of state-private business cooperation which will raise economic competitiveness, Prime Minister of Armenia Tigran Sargsyan stated about it today at the presentation of report on Armenia’s National Competitiveness.

The premier said steps are necessary to be taken in the private business to avoid the existing risks. According to him, the best way to bypass these risks is the “formation of new platform”. “New platform should be formed for state-private business cooperation,” the prime minister said.

Tigran Sargsyan noted that clear arrangements should be reached between the representatives of the government and business on this platform.

At the same time the prime minister attached significance to the assistance provided to the representatives of the private business without which the sphere may fail.
