"Ex-minister of foreign affairs Vardan Oskanyan is acting as a participant of the election campaign, causing a scandal by applying the technique of misinformation. He even presents his own memoirs not as much as appraisal of his "successes", as much as a venture to ascribe positive processes to him and talk badly about the current situation by presenting different phenomena that have nothing to do with each other," declared Vice-Chairman of the National Assembly, speaker of the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) Eduard Sharmazanov.
According to him, it seems as though the ex-minister is trying to affirm the version that the more unlikely the lie is, the greater the chance that people will believe in it and that there will be a need to reiterate that lie. The Nazis in Germany applied that same technique in the 1930s.
