If the headquarters` member parties honestly cooperate, Serzh Sargsyan will never win - Levon Ter-Petrosyan.

Some people try to hinder the joint headquarter, which will control over parliamentary elections, opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC) head Levon Ter-Petrosyan said at the rally in the Liberty Square on Friday.

Ter-Petrosyan claims that ahead to the headquarter establishment people were talking that the ANC does not cooperate with other opposition powers, while after the establishment and cooperation, the opposition bloc is criticized. According to him, people who criticize the ANC, want to preserve the bloody regime of the second President Robert Kocharyan and the incumbent President Serzh Sargsyan.

“They do anything to hinder the joint headquarter. It serves for one goal - to eternalize Sargsyan’s and Kocharyan’s bloody regime,” Ter-Petrosyan said stressing the parties included in headquarter were severe opponents to each other once, however, they have realized it is time to hold fair elections.

The first president also said that if the member parties honestly cooperate, Sargsyan will never win. Regarding the parliament opposition Heritage party’s withdrawal from headquarter the ANC leader cannot understand it.

“I really do not understand why they quitted,” he said refusing to comment on it.

To note, joint headquarter includes the ANC, ruling coalition member Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP), and parliament opposition ARF Dashnaktsutyun.
