Statement of Prosperous Armenia Party's (BHK) election headquarters:
"Taking into account the topic that different media outlets and some political parties are speculating, according to which Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) is involved in benevolent acts and is donating technical equipment for agriculture to residents in the provinces, the party's election headquarters deems it necessary to give the following clarification:
Taking into account the need of creating tractor stations in Armenia's rural economies, in January 2011, ChinVan Ltd. And Multi Group Concern started a joint venture to create tractor parks. The program is managed by ChinVan Ltd. Headed by General Director of ChinVan Ltd. Samvel Najaryan. Work began in January 2011 and is aimed at creating tractor stations in all provinces across the nation. Taking into account the zone of the location (lower mountainous area, mountains) and the variety of plants, the stations will be replenished with necessary technical means in the zone. The tractor stations being created in the provinces serve as the branches of ChinVan Ltd and the services provided by the stations are paid for.
No tractor or technical equipment is donated to any person, community, village or province.
Once again, we deem it necessary to emphasize that Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) hasn't implemented and isn't implementing any benevolent program. We hope this clarification will satisfy those speculating the topic and they will refrain from distorting the facts in the future."
