President Serzh Sargsyan participated in the inauguration of the Yerevan World Book Capital 2012 program.

Today, at the City Hall President Serzh Sargsyan participated in the inauguration of the Yerevan World Book Capital 2012 program and at the official reception held in the Yerevan City Hall.

At the opening ceremony, the President of Armenia made a statement. In the City Hall, President Sargsyan participated also at the ceremony of canceling the stamps released on this occasion. Serzh Sargsyan observed also the “Buenos Aires” exhibition of the archive photo pictures also dedicated to the Yerevan World Book Capital 2012 event.

Later, the President of Armenia accompanied by Mayor Taron Margarian and guests, who have arrived to our capital to participate in the festive events, walked toward the Republic Square where he observed works by chalk and paints performed by many talented Yerevan schoolchildren in the framework of Book Your Future program.
