Lichk village head impeded Heritage party campaign.

Along the lines of campaigning for the upcoming parliamentary elections, representatives from Armenia’s opposition Heritage Party election list, led by Party leader Raffi Hovannisian, met with voters in the Gegharkunik Region.
Speaking in Gavar city, Hovannisian proposed an alternative: to continue with the old, or to have the new, Heritage Headquarters Press Service informed.
But in Lichk village, former FM and prisoner Alexander Arzumanyan stated that news had come concerning the village prefect obstructing the Party’s campaign there.
“They say lot more people were gathered to meet with Heritage, but the village prefect intimidated [them], and some people went to their home. What are you afraid of? I went to prison, and, if need be, I will go again, so my children may live in a decent country,” Arzumanyan said.
