Off-parliament United Armenians Party calls itself a pro-state force, head of the party Ruben Avagyan said on Monday.
Avagyan said that the authorities do not desire to change the parliament which is proved by presence of oligarchs. The more oligarchs in the parliament, the less people will stay in Armenia, he believes.
The party is for a healthy, constructive opposition and is ready to cooperate with pro-government powers, Avagyan added. Asked what kind of powers the party would like to cooperate with, the head of the party claimed it will be clear after they enter the Parliament.
