"Look at our Government building after 18:00 [local time]. The windows are dark, there is nobody there. In our time, during Bagratyan`s governing period, I forcibly sent them home after 01:00am. Now after 18:00 our officials go home, restaurant, casinos, and spend their time there till the morning. As they don`t sleep all night long, how can they work? Anyway, they are stupid, if they don`t sleep, they will become more stupid," during today`s rally in Armenia`s Vardenis city said ANC leader Levon Ter-Petrosyan. 

To note, today the ANC held rally-meetings in Armenia`s Gegharkunik region.
