The inter-party electoral headquarters to apply to the Constitutional Court.

Electoral ‘shadow' in Armenia stands at 400 000, Chairman of the Union of Political Scientists Hmayak Hovhannisyan said on Friday during a meeting of the joint inter-party electoral headquarters.
"I am speaking about a big shadow. The figures given on voters' lists are fake and exaggerated. If these virtual voters are removed from the voters' register, elections will be devalued," he said.
The inter-party electoral headquarters, which aims to secure public control during the upcoming May 6 Parliamentary elections, is going to request the Constitutional Court to allow publishing the lists of people participating in the upcoming parliamentary vote. The headquarters need at least 27 signatures to apply to the CC.
