Chances of the ANC to enter the parliament have sharply decreased - Aharon Adibekyan.

Director of ‘Sociometer’ center, sociologist Aharon Adibekyan said the most unsuccessful campaign was conducted by the Armenian National Congress (ANC) opposition bloc which resulted the reduction of the number of their associates.

Speaking to reporters today, Adibekyan said the chances of the ANC to enter the parliament have sharply decreased. According to him, speaking about only difficulties resulted in reduction of the ANC’s rating.

‘The ANC is problematic as they have maximalist demands. It is impossible to come into power on the wave of complaint,’ Adibekyan said.

While unlike the ANC, the Heritage has adopted another strategy. Using American technology, the party’s leader as a simple American guy is saying that everything will be all right. According to Adibekyan, Raffi Hovhannissyan will gather more votes than the whole ANC bloc. ‘Raffi Hovhannissyan brings more votes than the whole ANC team,’ the sociologist said.

Speaking about the campaign carried out by other parties, the speaker said the most successful campaigns have been held by the Prosperous Armenia party (PAP) and Republican Party of Armenia (RPA). The sociologist said the PAP has managed to double its electorate and the RPA has managed to preserve its.

‘The most successful in this campaign were Gagik Tsarukyan and Serzh Sargsyan: the latter managed to preserve its electorate and the PAP leader managed to double it,’ the sociologist said.

Adibekyan said the Rule of Law party and the Heritage also managed to preserve their electorates.
