Prosperous Armenia Party`s today`s rally, set at 17:00 of local time near Matenadaran did not kick off due to heavy rain. The citizens gathered near Matenadaran for participating the rally, left the area when the rain started.
Vardan Oskanyan, Naira Zohrabyan and Gagik Tsarukyan concluded their speeches with a few words. As LURER.com correspondent reported, the rally was crowded.
