The sides comment on RPA-PAP skirmish in Masis city.

"According to my information, that incident had no political context. As I am aware this was a personal conflict," PAP MP Naira Zohrabyan said during the talk with LURER.com, commenting on RPA-PAP skirmish in Masis yesterday.
To the same question the RPA spokesman Edward Sharmazanov responded like this, "I am not aware of what has happened. And whatever occurred is illegal and the police will respond clearly."
To note, the police department of Armenia’s town of Masis received a call from a hospital on May 3 at about 10.50 pm about a person with a head injury transported to the hospital.
The police task force that arrived on the scene found out that at 10.00 pm an unknown person hit Karen T. on the head. Investigation is underway.
To note, according to the news spread in media, late at yesterday night, a skirmish between the representatives of the ruling Republican Party and the PAP took place in one of cafes in Masis. During the clash shooting were also heard. Police officials, including Chief Department of Criminal Investigation, armed and in masks arrived at the Euro+ café. The road police officials were at the scene too.
Police press service gave no information about the shooting.
To remind, the RPA candidate in Masis is former nature protection minister Murad Muradyan and the PAP is represented there by acting candidate Tigran Stepanyan.
