RA Constitutional Court rejects the appeal of the joint headquarters.

RA Constitutional Court minutes ago refused the appeal of Armenian Revolutionary Federation and Prosperous Armenia party, signed by 29 MPs, LURER.com correspondent reports.

To note, the 3 political parties, included in the joint headquarters aimed to secure control over May 6 parliamentary elections in Armenia, - the ARF, PAP and Armenian National Congress - had applied to the Constitutional Court demanding to recognize as unconstitutional those provisions of RA Electoral Code which ban the publication of the election lists signed by voters.
