218 members of election commission were absent and were replaced by other members - Tigran Mukuchyan.

218 members of election commission of 1982 polling stations failed to carry out their duties. CEC chairman Tigran Mukuchyan said the absent members of staff have been replaced by other members. Mr Mukuchyan did not clarified who were missing and why.

Today, CEC will work in emergency mode. CEC will release information about the election course, election processes in general, formation of the voters’ lists, complaints received before the voting day.

At 21:00 the head of the Central Election Commission Tigran Mukuchyan will announce the general number of the voters having taken part in the vote (08:00-20:00).
