In No. 09/32 precinct as of 9.00am unprecedented number of citizens have voted. As of that moment 110 citizens participated in the elections, LURER.com correspondent reports.
There is a mess in the election poll; number of unauthorized people are in the precinct, which instruct the voters. Accumulations of people and cars also are obvious near the polling station.
